Our experience with A Warner Storage was very different from that of the other reviewer here. We found Diana, the owner, to be generous, professional, and just plain nice. For a variety of reasons we were not able to pick up our things on the day we'd hope to, and Diana allowed us several extra days to come down from Maine and fetch our things. The charge?--18 bucks!! I made the check out for $20, however, for her understanding of our situation.
We had two storage units for four years and gave them thousands of dollars. When we cleaned them out after only a week gone in the month, they wouldn't give us a prorated rebate. Not good business practice. Stay away

I rented a storage unit here in 2013 and am currently storing my camper here. The facilities are nice, the rates are good, and Dianna is a pleasure to deal with. Both times the experience has been hassle free. Highly recommended.
